Our quality systems meet the highest standards. In order to assure all products for consumers are safe and conform to customer's and international standards & regulations, we develop and manufacture the products through a Total Quality Management approach. Comprehensive participation, measure, evaluation, testing, inspection, quality and process improvement are strictly implemented at all stages from design to delivery.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and utilize it to form the fundamental characteristics of quality management; we have optimized and enhanced the system based on this foundation which allows us to fulfill the various world leading brands’ specific quality system requirements, such as product development management, supplier management, incoming materials inspection, full value traceability, industrial hygiene, products and components testing from development, in-process and finished products.
QA LABORATORY ACCREDITATION
Our QA laboratories include a Physical Lab, Chemical Lab and Electronics Lab which are well equipped with comprehensive testing equipment and instruments to support the entire quality management system. They are accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by CNAS and registered CPSC Firewalled Laboratories.
ROHS COMPLIANT
The RoHS compliance operation has been implemented throughout the entire company and with every single product since this European Directive was enforced.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF MEDICAL DEVICE
We have successfully obtained the accreditation of the ISO 13485:2016 management system for contract manufacturing Medical Devices such as otoscope, ophthalmoscope accessory, audiometer / sensory hearing screener, stethoscope, caliper for heart rate and skin lesions measurement and accessories, etc.

Our quality management system is conformed to the requirements of ISO 22716:2007(E) Cosmetics – Guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practices for contract manufacturing the Filling & Packing of Plastic Toy Accessories with Chemical Liquid.
